Who are you guys (and gals)?: Simple...
We are your reps - your first line of support - we are backed by better than 30 years experience
of post corporate executives from with in this industry - striving
to make a difference and make you happy. Our name isn't on
airplanes and buildings - and our pride isn't derived by some spokesperson - its
our merchants - who believe in integrity and service - not flash and
fluff.
Privacy
Policy?: We keep it simple... Unless
required by the bank or its processing partners - we don't release
anything - unless they have a court order, period.
Harassment/Spam/"Leave me
alone!": Again, simple... We DO take no for
an answer - and believe you cannot fight a customer for the right to
make the wrong decision - therefore - we don't bother following up
34 times, like most in this business. When you say "no
thanks" or "no" or some other colorful adjectives
with those words - we get it. When you become our customer -
you might get an email about every 100 days - checking in and
telling you of the latest greatest - that's about it.
"On Hold": Simple...
This is a debated topic - but we follow the same basic idea we would
appreciate from our vendors - if you are going to put me on hold to
take another call - please let me know when you can FOCUS on ME, not
the phones... Please don't tell me you are busy - as this
makes me wonder if you are trying to quickly get me off the phone
(regardless of resolution). And for heaven's sake - don't put
me on hold for two, three, twenty minutes while you solve some other
call - that's RUDE! We live this nightmare of "please
hold" just like you - and daily - thereby, we take the call
when we can focus only on YOU - and we pride ourselves on the quick,
if not immediate response to any message, again - responding when we
are able to FOCUS on YOU and YOU alone...
